Private Chef Dinner Services

Contact us to schedule a phone consultation to confirm availability for your date and to discuss details about your upcoming event including any dietary restrictions and preferences.

Chef Tim will work closely with you to tailor a special four course menu that not only reflects your culinary preferences but is also unique. The first course will typically be an amuse bouche (a bite-sized appetizer) to get your palate excited for Chef Tim’s culinary skills. The second course will typically be a lighter dish such as fresh pasta, a composed salad or a seasonal velouté followed by an innovative main course and a decadent pastry. If you are interested in wine pairing, our talented Sommelier will recommend a variety of wines or ciders to complement each course.

Our private chef dinner services include stemware, plateware and flatware for you and all of your guests so you don’t have to worry about setting the table or the cleanup after dinner.

Each private chef dining experience takes approximately 4 hours, from start to finish depending on the size of your event. Sit back and relax with your guests while we work our magic in your kitchen and transform your home into a culinary haven! Chef Tim can be part of your celebration or stay in the background. So, don’t be shy to interact with him and ask him questions as he expertly plates each course! Maybe by the time he leaves, you and your guests will be able to throw on an apron and whip up your own culinary masterpiece!

Our team will arrive at your home approximately one hour before the first course with all the ingredients, cookware and equipment to create the ultimate in-home private chef dining experience for you and your guests. All that we ask is that your countertops are clean, your dishwasher is empty and that you can provide us with some room in your fridge.

We handle all the cleanup-we promise to leave your kitchen the way we found it, if not cleaner!
